We are not:

Unfurnish does not sell property, act on behalf of sellers, or represent buyers or agents.

2. Source of Information

Unfurnish analyses publicly available information from third-party websites and APIs, including (but not limited to):

•      • UK property portals

•      • Estate agent websites

•      • Public listing metadata

We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

We:

•      • Store references, identifiers, and analytical insights

•      • Do not rehost full property listings

•      • Do not reproduce listing descriptions verbatim

•      • Do not host original property images beyond limited, transient processing where permitted

All trademarks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

3. How the Data Is Used

Unfurnish transforms source data into:

•      • Signals (e.g. “furnished”, “likely furniture clearance”)

•      • Aggregated insights

•      • Lead indicators for bulk furniture buyers

This constitutes transformative, analytical use, not redistribution.

4. Images and Media

•      • Property images are not owned by Unfurnish

•      • Images are not sold, licensed, or redistributed

•      • Where images are referenced, they are:

  •         › Linked, not copied, or

  •         › Temporarily processed for internal analysis only

Users must not download, reuse, or republish any third-party images via Unfurnish.

5. User Responsibilities (Furniture Merchants)

By using Unfurnish, you agree to:

•      • Comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and marketing regulations

•      • Respect third-party website terms when engaging with agents or sellers

Unfurnish does not guarantee:

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

•      • Scrape Unfurnish

•      • Republish Unfurnish insights as a competing service

•      • Impersonate sellers, agents, or Unfurnish staff

We are not liable for:
